HSBC Expat Survey 2008
Very interesting findings in the latest HSBC Expat survey - the highest percentage of wealthy expats ($250k+) live in Asia. And if you're from Brazil, Ireland or Australia... congratulations - expats who came from those 3 countries were calculated as earning the highest salaries of all foreigners.
Also you'd be surprised which countries are rated as the best destinations for expats based upon such measures as luxuriousness, accomodation, earning& saving and longevity. Of course a major flaw in the study is that it doesn't include quality of life or expat satisfaction as one of its criteria. Still, check it out - its fascinating reading.
